Are your services really free for seniors?
Yes! Anyone 60 and older in Hawaii receives my coaching services completely free.
Do I need to go to a gym?
No. Most of the exercises can be done at home with little or no equipment. If you have access to a gym your program can be tailored to include it.
Is this a diet program?
Not in the traditional sense. I focus on simple, sustainable eating changes you can actually enjoy long-term.
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients notice better energy and sleep within the first 2–3 weeks. Weight loss and other improvements vary by person.
